Your local Apex rep gathers the signed prescription, patient contact info, and any required insurance documents (including VA, TRICARE, or workers' comp forms) and sends them to our central office.
Once received, our team reviews the paperwork and connects directly with the patient. We confirm key details, coordinate sizing if needed, and prep for delivery.
The device is delivered to the patient’s home. During delivery, we provide hands-on training and all the necessary instructions so they feel confident using their equipment from day one.

While some patients are covered, most pay out of pocket. Our team will review your insurance and work to provide the best possible solution and price for your needs.
Rentals usually range from 14 to 90 days, depending on your recovery progress. Most patients start with 14 or 30 days and add time as needed.
If you encounter a problem or issue during your rental period, our team is here to help! The equipment we provide dramatically changes the recovery process, and if you don’t agree, we’ll make it right.
